Behavioral Health Workers:
Behavioral Health Workers develop strong relationships with clients and the community. With a holistic approach, our workers assist clients with problems related to psychiatric symptoms, relationships, and other issues that impact a client’s quality of life.
Key Duties
-
Manage a caseload of clients
-
Provide community-based services focused on combatting trauma and alleviating threats to quality of life.

Reports to a Clinical team supervisor
Desired Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma with at least four years relevant experience OR;
-
Associates Degree with at least two years relevant experience OR;
-
BA/BS Degree.
-
Masters level Social Workers or Counselors with LGSW or LGPC in DC preferred
-
One year of community-based relevant experience is preferred
-
Strong problem solving and clinical skills
-
Appreciation for street outreach and office-based clinical interventions
-
Independent work habits
-
Excellent writing skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Efficient time management skills
Have a valid driver’s license, personal car, clean driving record (though not during the COVID-19 pandemic). No transporting of Clients is permitted during and post- Pandemic.
Media Specialist- Virtual Based Position
-
Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
-
Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business decision-makers
-
Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
-
Develop and create marketing materials for widespread distribution
-
Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
-
Provide oversight to all social media and website pages.
